My overall experience was good. There is not much initial training, so the ramp period takes a bit, but once a pipeline is built sales start to come.

Toxic leadership that doesn’t have a clue about the industry they are selling into. Drastic changes are made on a whim that impact every aspect of the sales org with no long term thinking. Out of touch quota expectations with no support from upper management. Think wisely as a new rep, this company has a long way to go if you want to succeed.
