Good pay in salaried and hourly roles, good upside with EOY bonuses. Entry sales role is the SSR position. Base pay ad draw is below industry standard but the commissioned upside is there. The better SSR’s can earn over $100k. Enterprise sales team or “project managers” can earn into the high six figures even seven figures. Culture is one of grit. At least in this role there is a direct tie from hours invested and money made. Best guys show up at 6am and leave at 7pm. No work from home nonsense. Office work on Monday then Tuesday through Friday you are expected to be in your territory.
