-Concerns about poor leadership transparency and decision-making process -Poor communication from management -Tech reps feel undervalued and undermined compared to sales. The company places a big emphasis on the salesmen -Work culture is very old-school and not inclusive of younger generations or women (Full of Boomers) -No work/life balance -No clear progression...Read More

Good pay in salaried and hourly roles, good upside with EOY bonuses. Entry sales role is the SSR position. Base pay ad draw is below industry standard but the commissioned upside is there.
