Current Employee -Concerns about poor leadership transparency and decision-making process
-Poor communication from management
-Tech reps feel undervalued and undermined compared to sales. The company places a big emphasis on the salesmen
-Work culture is very old-school and not inclusive of younger generations or women (Full of Boomers)
-No work/life balance
-No clear progression paths or structured onboarding or training programs or mentorship
-Yes there are opportunities for advancement in some areas but they do not promote from within, they prefer to hire externally
-Not an inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome. Doesn’t treat everyone equally or fairly
-Managers don’t respect PTO and personal time
-Leadership doesn’t support or develop employees and are usually chronic liars
