CentralSquare has great product/market fit. Customers can be challenging at times and there is a lack of training which can make it especially difficult dealing with highly complex products. Friendly/non overly competitive culture and team.

There were lots of changes when the second PE company came in. Tons of turnover since that time. Quite a few RIFFed employees have since returned. The product is a bit of a mess with so many acquisitions. If you decide to pursue a role here, know that change is the name of the game with this org.
