Sales org is poorly run and operating in a silo. Compensation structure for CS, Channel and AM's are all competing for the same dollars. CEO's message is to work harmoniously together as an "eco system", which is how modern tech companies operate, however Lumen's comp structure does not support this approach.

Comp structure is way behind the market. We sell a product that is needed in the industry but there's no incentive to sell.

Very cut-throat environment where reps needed to watch fellow reps as much if not more than competitors. Daily 1:1 meetings with sales management to discuss opportunity pipeline. Very high turnover rate with little collaboration between reps.
