Generally a good position and if you work hard will get paid accordingly. Some roses: customizable solutions and nice people. Some thorns: strategic products are hard to price and sell. company’s’ financial outlook is challenging.

Company onboarding was great. Territory suffered from over saturation and most products were priced to high to compete with competition. Lead generation was okay.
