Any concerns about over hiring in the past 6-12 months? I'm told it's not an issue as there are now more products to sell, and it's obviously still a hot market. But curious thoughts from current reps

What kind of equity are SDRs offered? Number of shares/strike price please.

How is the product market fit outside the US, especially in the commercial sector?

Is quota attainment still healthy after the hiring craze?

How are internal promotions handled specifically to get a seat in a Account Executive role?

Is the Enterprise BDR here a risky job? Recruiter said that 100% of BDRs hit quota on the 6 meeting/month requirement. Is it difficult? Do a lot of meetings not go to the demo stage? How supportive is BDR leadership and do they pip fast?

Is Lead Development Representative a dead end job here? Is it possible to make good money and get promoted to AE?
