Last year and this year are very different. Last year was an inbound FedRAMP funnel and people crushed it. This year we have 4x as many reps, and it's a slog. Most new reps are failing due to competitive pressure, poorly distributed accounts (old reps have all the good ones), and pricing changes (we dropped our pricing 60%). Still could be a good place to be, but it definitely could be a lot of people at 0% this year and people are nervous.
