Former Employee I couldn’t grapple with the idea that the sales organizational structure was completely cannibalistic. The “channel” was in direct competition with the direct sales team and the inside sales team would freely call open opportunities to see if they could trick people into signing contracts “on behalf of the rep”. This led to CRM details being either omitted or misleading.
The best thing about the role was the comp and ramp allowance. I liked my manager, but the rest of the experience was rough. Short lived. Browse Other Reviews
