Has potential to be great - but unfortunately this a video game were you are just trying to not get fired. Be perfect on everything else but selling and you should be ok, but make one mistake on something that doesn’t affect the client but a company policy and your out the door. Your in the middle of a video game and the rules change in the middle of the game and if you mess up your time is up.

I am thankful to Charter for helping me become a sales operations expert. The pay is not enough for a single parent and I had to leave for that reason. I thought my time at charter was great, but my new company has shown me how much better things can be.

Door to door sales was not an ideal position. It was a great place to learn true sales. Grit, determination, work ethic, and a strong mental prowess were developed while walking door to door in the blazing heat.
