I’m new to the role of door to door sales - however I’m very experienced in B2B sales. Turnover is very high and lower tied leadership is uneven While some reps are making $300K + - they are few and far between and have opportunities for specific projects that are not available to new reps. While that is fair the fact that that was not communicated (ie I was mislead) in recruitment is disappointing. High marks for the culture of training and resources for sellers

My time there was definitely nice. When I first started the comp plan was very appealing. The only downside was that after about 4 months they started changing the comp plan pretty regularly to where almost every month there was a drastic change. Reps who in the first 3 months had hit about an average of $9k in commission were now sitting around 3.5k due to changes...Read More

Leadership is very top heavy. Management, including upper management, is either incapable of assisting and or not wanting to be bothered.
