They had a major overhaul of the comp plan where it finally aligns to help the renewals side instead of net new flipping renewals to refreshes to get a higher percentage. With that said there is still a lot of pitfalls where you can get caught or they take away revenue in the final months making things very uncertain.

Company has amazing hardware, cloud they were slow to the race and trying to play catch up now. Company doesn’t let employees know when things shit in terms of performance reviews. Scale is pretty unreasonable. Leadership is disconnected from the front line and doesn’t want to spend money on its employees which in turn only does more damage than good.
