Current Employee Company has amazing hardware, cloud they were slow to the race and trying to play catch up now. Company doesn’t let employees know when things shit in terms of performance reviews. Scale is pretty unreasonable. Leadership is disconnected from the front line and doesn’t want to spend money on its employees which in turn only does more damage than good. Company doesn’t like to give raises either. Huge disconnect between what happens in Israel and the US on a day to day basis especially if you run something up the chain to management, don’t expect them to do anything about it further complicates and makes things very frustrating. Coworkers are amazing though.
