Good experience overall. Management has changed a lot this year, new CEO, CTO, VP of Sales and CRO have all left since the start of the year. New leadership good overall but sales has been weakened. Inbound leads are great Flexible policy for working at home Overall a good company in the short term but can't be sure about the long term.

Cin7 has the opportunity to take the market lead for ERPs in small to midsize businesses. Constant change, lack of trust to AE’s, and lower than average compensation plan make it tough to see it as a long term fit.

While upper management showcased commendable leadership, there's room for improvement in providing direct managers with training and support in data-driven decision-making and goal setting. The absence of structured onboarding and inability to hit OTE for all was slightly concerning.
