Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was not the best, the company hires for Director level positions however the role itself is more akin to an SDR. A lot of micromanagement even though during the interview process, it's advertised there isn't. They laid off other sales reps before they even had a quota for little things that are reminiscent of working at a sales org in the 90's (not being eager enough, taking an hour for lunch etc). Great company and position if you'd like to not get out of the box and sit and do excel work all day while prospecting in a market that is price gouging. Weird vibes on the team and not inclusive to anyone who isn't a middle aged white man from Jersey.
