Extremely low base pay, even for AEs who have been in sales for over a decade. Feedback falls on deaf ears. The product is not scalable in the Enterprise landscape and we lose deals to our own self serve plans because they are bloated with functionality that no one ever wants to upgrade.

Overall experience was extremely positive, great peers, great direct reports, industry leading multipliers to encourage sales people to, "run beyond the finish line". A lot leadership changes once Zendesk shareholders pulled the rug on the acquisition. Naturally has an impact on culture, commitment and opportunities to grow.
