Great company and culture. If you’re not relocatable you will be stuck in the role for a long time. Accomplishments are acknowledged but quickly forgotten. It’s not what have you done for me it’s always what’s next that you can do for me. Base is very low for the amount of work put in.

Great leadership but the comp is weak. Also always having to be in office and the job can be done from home very easily
