Fantastic company to grow and cut your teeth in b2b. Leadership is amazing, expectations are clear cut. Pay is initially heavily dependent on territory, but even if you start off with a disadvantage, they have opportunities to learn how to leverage your territory to level out compensation. Highly recommend, especially for a first b2b position.

Good starting, full-cycle AE role. Emphasis on Small to Mid-Market companies. Strong sales training. Lots of opportunity within the company. Overall positive experience in my 15 months before taking a new role to move up market and gain more experience.

In CA the base pay is very low compared to similar roles in the geography, but the company is selling the right products and on the right national contracts so there’s lots of exposure and awareness of the brand.
