Current Employee This review is specifically for the inside sales division which is new, and the first time Cintas has grown a division this quickly. It seems like they tried to grow way too fast without reviewing processes and checking in with the team. Last week out of around 120 employees, 5 people quit. They are hitting a wall where no one is happy or feels listened to. In office 5 days a week with about 3 weeks PTO but absolutely no flexibility on hours or working from home/sick days. Leadership will have a conversation with a one person about something - like WFH fridays - but not take action or share with the whole team. Lots of complaints and negative energy in the office right now. Micromanaging with 4 scheduled “power hour” blocks every day. Leadership praises the top sales rep,
who seems to sell unethically, and takes away some of the methods that person is using. It seems clear that person can get away with anything and leadership doesn’t trust the rest of the team.
