Constantly track your location via GPS on the company provided tablets that you have to keep with you at all times. They joke about being a cult, but its really not a joke.

First aid sales requires setting the initial interest, building value then maintaining it with follow up and consistency through the sales cycle. Company is overrun with management trainees and they get the best position to move up.
