Turnover in Cx was an issue. Operational requirements to fill out account management profiles in multiple slide decks, reports, salesforce and spreadsheets hampered selling. Little to no SDR or marketing leads.

Overall decent experience. Pressure from private equity I believe cause them to over staff the sales team and drive numbers. Failed miserably less than 10% of sales team is still there. Good intentions but poor execution .
