This company is poorly led at all levels by folks who took over for the founders who have all since left the org. Sales leadership is beyond shady and uninvolved and while I was there the entire Sales Engineering team left. They promoted an Enterprise AE who hit 20% of his number to manager after more than half of the team left. This person is no longer with CircleCI but ran out any remaining AE's on his team before the 30% layoffs.

Great place the last 3.5 years (2020-2023) but they are shifting from sales led to product led so it’s not a great sales revenue team anymore.
