Great Technology, reputed company and great people. However, Issue with management style where all pressure is on sales team despite being successful vs other functions at the company. Pay/Benefits are lower than industry, making it more difficult to overachieve each year, frequent layoffs, management politics making it toxic environment, slow career growth.

Cisco is a great company and there are many benefits to working here. More of the downsides are related to being at a large company. can be a bit slow to pivot etc.

Ok place to be as long as your account list has a good install base and you have some pipeline. As soon as your renewal rev is gone, you depend on net new and that is tough sledding here
