it was good. learnt a lot, but mostly from my own motivation and ambition. Poor morale, everyone will leave in the next 6 months. No focus on GTM rhythm and upskilling. Playbook is tired and from 2014, and leadership has no clue how to prospect or run a proper motion.

Cisco had a culture of the most senior person in the room was the smartest and had the best idea. It did not allow for creativity. Politics were the vogue, every day and if you were not politically aligned correctly, you were ostracized.
