Current Employee1.9Nov 22, 2023Lots of changes over the last few years that make it harder to hit quota or even retire it.
Current Employee3.3Aug 6, 2024Overall - Cisco is a good organization. I think things are headed in the right direction with software but it’s tough because it’s like trying to change directions on a giant ship. Compensation has been a challenge and getting it right has impacted sellers and their paychecks which has caused a lot of frustration.

Current Employee4.0Aug 19, 2025Good experience, however a lot of change tends to happen each year at Cisco so need to be comfortable with change.

Former Employee4.3Feb 16, 2025Brilliant company, excellent products and wonderful culture. Top heavy, and not much room to move up within the company. Constant LR’s at least twice a year, constantly destroyed morale. Some Managers use the constant restructurings to get rid of good staff who they perceive as a threat.
