Brilliant company, excellent products and wonderful culture. Top heavy, and not much room to move up within the company. Constant LR’s at least twice a year, constantly destroyed morale. Some Managers use the constant restructurings to get rid of good staff who they perceive as a threat.

Overall experience is pretty good. Product development could be better and as any big company, you have no control over restructuring and always changing comp plans and territories

It's a phenomenal company to work for especially early in career. Some years there quota was possible, other years not with challenges with the comp team. The Benefits definitely way out the negatives. The best part of the job is the people I have met over the years.
