Current Employee Overall experience has been “okay” - company lacks innovation on all fronts and always catching up to its competitors. Leadership has “favorites” and it’s a small circle to succeed. Also, it’s very hard to move upwards and get stuck in sales as an independent contributor. That said, team members are kind but there is no formal training or education to stay abreast of changes/technology. It’s an OEM that pays well but expecting you to live and breathe Cisco cult throughout your days, nights and weekends.
