Can make good money, lots of opportunity as Cisco is name brand. Shifting go-to-market with tons of change and 1.0 products. Sales are declining and more changes expected. Highly competitive space across several lines of business but Cisco will always remain relevant with customers.

My overall experience was positive. The industry is changing post Covid and Cisco is no different than a lot of tech companies out there. Some of the awesome Cisco culture that used to exist is now changing. Some of the second and third line managers are just worried about their next promotion versus actually helping the teams sell.
