Former Employee My overall experience was positive. The industry is changing post Covid and Cisco is no different than a lot of tech companies out there. Some of the awesome Cisco culture that used to exist is now changing. Some of the second and third line managers are just worried about their next promotion versus actually helping the teams sell. But overall Cisco is a great place to work and they do take care of you, you just have to learn to navigate the large organization.
