Great company. Great people. Commercialization structure is unorganized. Cisco is trying to be a software company when they have traditionally been a hardware company. Lots of growing pains with this.

Cisco is a very friendly, polite company. They’re also living in the past. While they aspire to be a software company, and have made positive executive changes in this direction.
