Former Employee Wonderful sales culture and fit-for-market technology solutions. Amazing corporate structure, processes and internal software systems to support sellers. Excellent OTE remuneration.
The major downside was the constant restructuring which initially happened once annually but became more frequent and continues to be, to this day. The internal politics as a result of these constant reorganisations was also hurt the culture.
