Not much care for its employees, way more work than a regular SDR role but has SDR salary. Good for learning a lot if it's your first sales role. Not much room for growth, no salary increases in several years.

Good work life balance, nice people. Taken over by a private equity firm which has damaged culture massively through very high targets with not a lot of investment.
