Critical Mention offers a challenging environment for Account Executives with a low base salary compared to industry standards. The best accounts are monopolized by veteran reps, hindering growth opportunities for newcomers. Post-acquisition, the cultural shift following layoffs is palpable. Benefits lack depth, 401K match, and other SaaS perks.
