Fine company to work for but lackluster experience overall. Everyone is friendly, not a stressful environment. Dominates the local gov web space. Not very innovative.

Lots of favoritism and manipulation scare tactics from bosses to hit quota. They do not offer traditional training so there is only support from teammates who are exhausted themselves trying to hit their numbers. This review is specifically for compliance solutions (ArchiveSocial, NextRequest, Monsido). The ACV and sales cycle is a bit different across these 3 products, and quite different from the other CivicPlus products (civic engagement tools).
