Current Employee Quota is unattainable for most, out of the 5 months I have been here no more than 30% of people have reached quota and the churn rate is unreal. They are consistently hiring new people and firing others. The managers are cool for the most part but a few of them will bust your balls and be on your ass all the time so if your looking for something more laid back, pray you don not get one of these managers. They also manipulate you in the interview process and make you believe that reaching a higher base pay and quota are easily attainable so that you will be more enticed to take the role. I have been in sales for over 5 years now and this is one of the more annoying shoulder hovering companies I have ever experienced. However I will say I know a few guys that have cool managers that do not bother them all day etc and they enjoy the company, I will say I think its a decent place to start if you've never been an SDR, the shoulder hovering and constant check ins are needed for new sales people in my opinion.
