They are consistently hiring new people and firing others. Current Employee3.9Nov 9, 2024My experience at CivicPlus has been awesome. Leadership is fantastic. Company Morale is great. Team Members are kind and helpful. Unlimited PTO. Clear path to promotion. My only Complaint would be the comp plan for any role is less favorable then majority of the other SaaS/Tech companies. I believe this is due to the majority of the company being owned by PE and VC...Read More
