Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall goal experience was neutral to negative. Base is very low, quota changes monthly. Commission and sales velocity weren’t linked - so you were required to close x amount of deals, but you still may not make commission because deals are on an arbitrary and capricious point system. Only people who are able to do well here are people on the inbound team or in field sales. Base remains low while expectations increase. Basically working harder for less.
