Former Employee They have the wrong people running the pre sale and post sale orgs. Prioritize hiring people who were consultants or chief of staffs over people who actually know how to sell or what it’s like to sell. No one running the org has ever worked in a role that chases a quota and it shows in how they lack any regard for the people that work under them.
