As a BDR (which they make you stay in for a year min), the pay is very misleading. I made more as an SDR before moving to BDR even though OTE is 86k....Read More

Former Employee2.3Nov 9, 2023Classy has a lot to figure out. The enterprise team is doing well, but they recently had massive layoffs (80+ sales people across SMB and MM) that included multiple pregnant employees who had declared maternity leave. Severance offerings made no considerations for this.
