Overall: Strong product, weak GTM. Clearco’s non-dilutive capital resonates with founders/CFOs, but outcomes depend more on your own system than company enablement. Negatives Quota: <30% AE attainment (≈15 reps). Monthly targets don’t match funnel, ops speed, or pricing control. Demand: Over-hired without a lead plan; marketing is minimal; BDRs book ~1–2 meetings per rep per quarter. Sequencing: Reps can’t build sequences; manual copy/paste; no fail-safes on personalization. Signals: Little product/usage/billing intel to time outreach. Process: Inconsistent training; underwriting rules and messaging shift mid-cycle; unclear SLAs stall momentum. Positives Solid base/OTE (but hard to realize here). High autonomy; leadership is reachable if you bring a plan. Clear ICP and permanent 500-account books provide focus when self-sourcing.
