Terrible churn and burn operation. They throw you to the wolves. Even their equipment doesn't work. You're expected to sell cell phones to people calling about an internet outage. Very unrealistic.

Clearlink peaked back in 2016 and slowly went down hill until 2022. It's now on the way back up with new ownership.
