My overall experience was fast pace environment with overwhelming expectations put upon its employees. Some days are stressful at the office. Management makes decisions based on emotions, rather than strategy and math. Culture wise it is involved and co workers do welcome newcomers. Lot's of networking and conferences to go to and opportunities are open for everyone to take.

Clearlink peaked back in 2016 and slowly went down hill until 2022. It's now on the way back up with new ownership.
