Current Employee My overall experience has been below average. Extremely sales driven vs product driven. The company is still in "stealth" although it has over 5k employees spanning 40 countries and has been doing business for 8 years. Company's only focus is squeezing money out of customers who are not a good fit. Customer success, onboarding, and operations teams are stretched so thin that churn rate is extremely high. The 'solution' really only works for Enterprise segment at this point, and doesn't make sense for many of the small businesses and 'entrepreneurs' who fall into the trap of working with CloudKitchens. Very tough monthly targets. High employee turnover. Travis is so focused on building robots that he won't address the basic needs of the customers.
