Clozd used to be great but now they are a mess. A particular sales leader is incompetent and driving the company to the ground. It's all about KPIs/activity and feels more like an SDR call center. I don't see the company going anywhere near its potential while this person is still in charge. Their best sales leader was laid off at the beginning of the year (it's assumed that he wasn't a "yes man" which hurt him) and it's become significantly worse without him at the company. It once was a great place to work but I'd stay away at this point.

Clozd moves fast, as it needs to as a start up driving a new industry/space. For reps who are intrigued by a growth phase, it's a really good time to be a Clozd and there's a lot of excitement about what the next 2-3 years are going to look like.
