Current Employee Leadership on a club level can vary widely. Above the club level there is boilerplate application of operations and goals. Management is deaf to localized concerns and market factors. Sales goals seem arbitrary, 20% increase YoY for golf membership and 50% for social membership. No concern about member opinions, they’re replaceable. What can’t be calculated and look good on a spreadsheet doesn’t happen. Mindset is what makes money today, no forward initiatives. Cut member experience to boost profits. No match for retirement and overall benefits outside free golf are horrible. Browse Other Reviews
