My overall experience was fine, the leadership team was strong. Training is almost non existent. Collaborative environment with plenty of inbound lead generation.

Leadership on a club level can vary widely. Above the club level there is boilerplate application of operations and goals. Management is deaf to localized concerns and market factors.
