Former Employee They are working hard to improve their ugly past by bringing high quality regional VPs, but there’s still residue of poor culture lingering.
People Org is just a disaster here and it’s destroying overall culture.
Leaders here are hit or miss.
The aggression from investors to hit targets (my assumption) can be felt in the culture too with little to no patience with reps.
Good side is they are investing in learning and methodology to get reps to quality skill.
Again, people org is just horrific for communicating and making people feel valued.
