In its 5th year, the aim was to go from start-up to ramp-up. However, leadership at both top and VP level were lacking the experience to manage the new stage of growth, which resulted in overly ambitious expansion into new markets, and setting unrealistic sales targets. High turnover and a series of layoffs have left the company in turmoil, which is a shame as the product and idea can really help talent development.

Target impossible to achieve. Employee living in fear of the next round of layoff (happeningevery quarter). Long sales-cycle. Low OTE. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
