Current Employee The sales targets that were provided in 2023 dramatically increased from the previous year. On top of that, the incentive structure was also updated which made it difficult to earn good commission until you hit 50% of your target. It’s a highly bureaucratic business where there’s a lot of unnecessary red tape relating to the sales process. I’d never recommend anyone to work at this organisation.
